Any cancellation request must be made by telephone at 819-455-2717 or by email at france@gratitudeexperience.com before January 21, 2025. If the cancellation request is received less than 15 working days before the start of the training or if the participant does not show up, the entire registration fee will be withheld or required. Substitutions of participants for the same training are accepted, at no cost. Registration fees cover the entire program. All payments will be required if the registered participant chooses to leave the program during the year. France Pérodeau reserves the right to cancel the program if the number of registrations does not reach the minimum required. In this case, registrants will be informed no later than January 30, 2025 and the deposit will be fully refunded.
